About Me

 

Hello Everyone!  I’m Jessi, the baker of Maisie Moo Cookies. I grew up on a dairy farm, where homemade and homegrown foods were a way of life. My mom always had a dessert baked, so I got my sweet tooth and love for baking honestly! Opening a bakery has always been a dream of mine, and after a few years of learning (let me be honest, my cookies were not pretty at first) and decorating cookies for family and friends, I’m excited to launch Maisie Moo Cookies, a home bakery. 


Outside of baking and decorating cookies, I’m a full-time nurse and like to stay active.  I enjoy HIIT and running, gardening, spending time with my nieces and nephews, and visiting the family farm. I also love traveling anywhere with a beach. And finally, playing with my dog Maisie - the namesake of Maisie Moo Cookies - is at the top of my list!
